Sponsor Slots

Per event, max 3 slots. Each slot is one "Presented by" credit in one place in the app: the event welcome screen, the station list, or the leaderboard and results screens.

A sponsor slot is a paid placement — separate from your event's brewery vendors — that a business you bring in as a sponsor buys from you for extra visibility. Every event has 3 slots max, priced by your event tier (see the table below). You sell each slot directly to your own sponsor and collect it through your event's Billing tab.

Today a slot buys one "Presented by [Sponsor]" credit, in one of those three places. Slots are assigned in the order you sell them, so you can't choose which place a sponsor gets. The credit shows the sponsor's name; you can also paste in a link to a logo image and a website link. There is no logo file upload, and sponsors are not printed on signs. Logos are supplied by the organizer, who is responsible for having the sponsor's permission to show them.
